Can I try it before paying?
Yes, two ways. Paste a stream or video link on the home page and we email you two clips cut from it, free, with no sign-up. Or start a 3-day free trial of Clipper: 100 clips (up to 40 a day) and 1 live channel (a preview of Creator and up — Clipper doesn't include live), card required, $0 today. If you don't cancel, the first month is $14.50 (50% off), then $29/month. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
What counts as a clip?
A new clip reaching your review queue. Edits and re-renders of the same clip are free.
What happens after the first month?
Monthly plans renew automatically at the full monthly price until you cancel. Yearly plans are billed once a year at ten times the monthly price.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, anytime in Settings, Billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Upgrades apply right away.
Which plan clips my streams while I'm live?
Creator and up watch Twitch channels while you stream (beta): Creator watches 1 channel, Starter 3, Growth 10, and Agency plans any number. Kick live clipping is on request; YouTube live is not in the beta.
Which plan is for clippers?
Clipper: paste any stream, VOD or video link and get up to 40 clips a month with word-highlight captions, for campaign or fan accounts.
Do you have an Agency plan?
Yes, for clipping agencies and large rosters: white-label logo overlays, unlimited projects and reference videos, 10 seats and higher clip volume. It's set up with us rather than from the plan cards: email contact@crowdcut.studio.
How long are my clips kept?
Finished clips are kept for 45 days after their last render or edit, then the video files are deleted to save space. The clip's title, hook, stats and post links stay in your studio, and a clip with a scheduled post is kept until it goes out. The studio marks clips in their last 7 days, so download anything you want to keep.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. A friend you refer gets 50% off their first 2 months, and you earn 30% of what they pay in their first 12 months.
