Crowdcut / Twitch clips
Twitch streams to TikTok clips, automatically.
Crowdcut watches what your viewers clip and how fast chat moves, then cuts those moments to vertical with captions and your facecam on top.
In short
To turn a Twitch stream into TikTok clips with Crowdcut, paste the VOD or clip link (or connect your channel). It reads the chat replay for the moments chat reacted to, cuts each one to 9:16 with your facecam on top, adds word-by-word captions and a hook, and sends the clips you approve to your TikTok drafts.

How it works
Connect the channel or paste a VOD
Add your Twitch channel to watch it live, or paste a VOD or clip link.
Moments are found for you
Windows that several viewers clipped, or where chat spiked, are ranked first.
Approve and post
Each clip arrives cut 9:16 with captions and a hook. Edit the hook, approve, send it to TikTok.
Links that work
Paste a Twitch past broadcast (twitch.tv/videos/…), a highlight, or a clip link. Several links at once are clipped as a series. Twitch keeps past broadcasts for about 7 days on most channels (14 for Affiliates, 60 for Partners and Turbo or Prime users), so clip a VOD before it expires, or save it as a highlight.
How the moments are picked
For a Twitch VOD, Crowdcut pulls the chat replay and marks windows where chat moved faster than its own recent pace. What people typed decides what kind of moment it was: laughing, hype, shock, or a clip request. "CLIP IT" weighs the most. Loudness peaks and the transcript then confirm there's a payoff in the window. Each clip starts on the setup a few seconds before the reaction.
On a connected channel, several viewers clipping the same moment is a signal too: clips are clustered by where they sit in the VOD and scored by how many different people clipped them.
Facecam on top, captions word by word
The Gaming Stack style finds the webcam in the frame, stacks it over zoomed gameplay in a 1080×1920 frame, and burns in captions timed to each word. Prefer a different look? There are 15 caption styles, switchable per project or per clip, and a timeline editor for trims, speed changes, zooms, stickers, text and music. Re-renders of the same clip are free.
From Twitch to TikTok
Connect a TikTok account and approved clips land in its drafts inbox: open the app, check the caption and post. Creator and up can schedule drafts for later. For YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, each clip downloads with a title, description and tags.
Want clips while you're still live? That's the live clipping beta on Twitch, on Creator and up: see for streamers.
