Crowdcut / AI clipper
The AI clipper for Whop Content Rewards campaigns
Paste the creator's stream or video. Crowdcut finds the moments, cuts them to vertical with word-by-word captions, keeps to the campaign's length and puts its required tags in the caption. You approve, post and submit.
In short
Crowdcut is an AI clipping tool for clippers on per-view campaigns such as Whop Content Rewards. Paste the creator's stream, VOD or video and it finds the moments chat and the audio reacted to, cuts each one to a 9:16 clip with word-by-word captions and a fresh hook, keeps to the campaign's length and puts its required tags in the caption. You approve every clip, post it from your own account and submit the link. Clipper is $29/month for 40 clips, about $0.73 a clip; the first month is 50% off with 50% more clips.

How it works
Pick a campaign and its source
Join a campaign on Whop and read its rules. Paste the creator's VOD or video, or on a paid plan press Clip this campaign on one we've checked.
Crowdcut cuts to the rules
Moments come from chat replay, loudness and the transcript. Each clip keeps to the campaign's length, with captions word by word and its tags in the caption.
Approve, post, submit
Approve the clips you want, post them from your account, paste the post link in the campaign's submit form, and track each clip's status.
What you get
- Vertical 1080×1920 clips, 8 to 90 seconds, that open on the setup instead of halfway through the reaction
- Captions timed to each spoken word, with swearing starred in the text and muted in the audio
- Three hook drafts per clip, and a warning when a hook starts the same way as one you posted recently
- The campaign's length range and required tags carried into every clip and caption (Clip this campaign, on paid plans)
- A submit checklist and a status for each approved clip: posted, submitted, approved, paid
- TikTok drafts on a connected account, or an export pack (MP4, caption, tags) for Shorts, Reels and anywhere else
What the AI does, and what you still do
On a per-view campaign the slow part is finding the moments in hours of someone else's footage, then cutting, reframing and captioning each one. Crowdcut does that part. On Twitch and YouTube VODs it reads the chat replay and marks the windows where chat moved faster than its own pace, sorted by what people typed: laughing, hype, shock or "clip it". On podcasts and videos without chat, the transcript and the loudness curve do the work. Long VODs are processed in 30-minute sections, so the first clips reach your review queue while the rest is still being cut, and on a plan you choose up to 20 clips per video.
What it doesn't replace is your judgment. You pick or rewrite the hook, check the clip against the campaign's rules and approve it. Nothing posts by itself.
Built around campaign rules
Every campaign sets its own rules: whose videos you may clip, which platforms count, how long a clip should be and what the caption has to include. On a paid plan, Clips that pay lists the per-view campaigns we've checked by hand, with the rate, platforms and rules. Clip this campaign starts a job with that campaign's length range and required tags, and passes its rules to the moment picker and the hook writer.
Platforms tend to limit accounts that post near-identical videos, so Crowdcut writes three hook drafts per clip from what was actually said and flags a hook that opens like one you posted recently. Set a campaign logo once per project and it's burned into every clip; the Campaign style leaves room for it.
How Whop Content Rewards pays
Per Whop's documentation, the brand running a campaign sets the rate per 1,000 views, a minimum a video must earn before it's reviewed, and a maximum per video, and can add a flat fee per approved post. The brand reviews each submission against its requirements; after approval, Whop pays the clipper based on the views. Earnings aren't guaranteed: a post that breaks a rule earns nothing, and many posts get few views.
Crowdcut isn't affiliated with Whop. It doesn't join campaigns for you or submit posts; it cuts the clips and keeps track of what you posted and submitted.
What it costs a clipper
Clipper is $29/month for 40 clips, about $0.73 a clip; the first month is 50% off with 50% more clips. A clip counts once, when it first reaches review; edits and re-renders are free, so changing a hook or a caption style costs nothing. Creator ($79/month, 100 clips) adds a watched Twitch channel clipped while it's live (beta). Before paying, paste a public Twitch, Kick or YouTube link below and get two clips by email, free, to see what Crowdcut makes of a campaign's footage.

Questions
Is Crowdcut affiliated with Whop?
No. Crowdcut is a separate tool from Rector & Stull. It cuts the clips; you join campaigns, post and submit on Whop yourself.
Can I clip any creator's videos with it?
Only footage you have the right to clip: your own, or a creator whose campaign you joined, under that campaign's rules.
Does it post or submit clips for me?
No. Approved clips go to your connected TikTok drafts or download as export packs. You post from your own account and paste the link into the campaign's submit form.
Will campaigns approve my clips?
That's up to each campaign. Crowdcut keeps clips to the campaign's length and required tags and flags repeated hooks, but it can't promise approval or views.
Which plan should a clipper start on?
Clipper ($29/month, 40 clips) covers pasting links. Any paid plan shows the campaign list and the Clip this campaign button.
Can I try the AI clipper free?
Yes. Paste a public Twitch, Kick or YouTube link and get two clips by email, free, with no sign-up. Demo clips carry a small Crowdcut mark.
